***It's important to note that your new Scan123 users for your company have been sent an email invitation already, (by you) to log into app.Scan123.com for the first time. Often we run into new Scan123 users that are unable to get the email invitation allowing them to log into the web portion of Scan123 and complete the new user setup. Frequently an email can end up in their spam filter for the first time. That's the number one problem we have with getting new users started, but it's easy to fix. As your company admin you'll be responsible to let all of your new users know they might need to check their spam box for the invite if they don't get it in their inbox. The following link is a short video on how to check a Gmail and a Hotmail spam folder in web-based accounts. Any other web-based emails accounts will be similar.
