User Settings

You can make changes to your display name, phone number (for 2-factor authentication), and password by updating your settings. When logged into Scan123, click your user name on the top right and click My Settings.

Forgot password

Click Forgot Password on the Login page to reset your password. You will be prompted to enter your email, which will trigger a response email with further instructions on how to reset your password.

A note about secure passwords

To ensure your account stays secure, Scan123 requires that your password be longer than 8 characters and contain at least one letter (uppercase or lowercase) and one number. We suggest you use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters ( ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & _ ).
