Reports

On the side menu there is a variety of useful reports. The reports are listed below:

My Recent Activity - All of your recent activity is shown here. You can also view activity between a range of dates. Click on a column in the graph for a day's document list.

Sequence Report - Your company may or may not have a use for this report. If you store documents in folders with a number for a name, this report will return any numbers in a given range that do not have a matching folder, in order to identify documents that have not been uploaded to Scan123 or are not where they should be in Scan123. For example, an auto dealer could file repair orders in a Repair Orders cabinet in folders named with the repair order (R.O.) number (e.g. "27669"). They would then be able to use this report to look for any numbers in a given range of R.O. numbers that did not have a matching folder in the cabinet. The missing numbers returned by this report would indicate that the matching R.O. document had either not been scanned and uploaded to Scan123 or had been filed incorrectly in Scan123. If you need further help using this report, you can submit a request to Scan123 support.
